I'm building a comp for a friend and his budget for a video card is ~90$ so I was wondering which card between these 2 is better for some light gaming on the side

my hardware is 3800x2 gig of ram tforece board


it plays call of duty 2 well enough for a light gamer like me

The two cards are tied in performance in most games. Each one may have a slight lead depending on the game, but overall they're evenly matched.
