Looks like Page 1 has been pulled as the main page says "Coming soon", but if you go to the Google cached first page, you can pick it up from there and continue on through the rest of the article.

R480 core that shows up as R423.
256mb or 128mb memory
8 pipelines - So far not moddable to 12/16 pipes.
470 Mhz core
490 Mhz memory (980 effective)

Apparently it was released to compete with the 6600GT which it does pretty handily. But at this point, do we really need another 8 pipe card? Seem to me the day of this level of performance has already come and gone. Could be a killer deal if priced right and pipelines can be unlocked.

Might've been meant more for OEMs than retail. It would be nice to see OEM boxes come with one of these rather than an X300.

If it's available for about $100, it's a good budget card. However, these days you can get a 12 pipe x800 for about $150, which already is a sweet deal for the price of a 6600gt.

For $125 and under, this would be a decent choice for a card. That's it, though... 6600GT still has more fill rate and more powerful shaders to boot. If nvidia had just given the 6600GT a 256bit memory bus and used ~750 mhz memory, this would be a non-issue...
