I ended up trying out that X800 Pro - X800XT hardmod that is floating around out there. Unfortuantly for me, the mod did not work. I had one of the cores that willo not unlock the other 4 pipes by connecting the bridge. So now I have a X800 Pro with a X800XT bios, which isnt really a bad thing, because overdrive is now enabled and I can run higher clock speeds with the XT bios than I could before. One thing that is a problem though, I can no longer use the "Custom" settings for 3D in the display control panel. And I also cannot seem to find a utility, like Rage3D, that supports the X800's. I tried RivaTuner but that only allows overclockming and hardware changes, notdriver settings changes. Does anyone know a way around this or a utility that will do the job?
