X800 showing up as Unknown?

A while back I had flashed my X800Pro VIVO to enable it as an XT (16 pipes & bios).
I checked it with ATITool. It shows:
Device ID: 4A4B
Active Pipelines: 16
System has been running fine.

The only thing that bugs me is that under Device Manager, the video card shows up at the bottom of the list under group "Unknown", then there are two sub items: RADEON X800 Series, RADEON X800 Series Secondary.

???

I don't have a Display Adapters catagory listed, I guess because the video card is in this other catagory.
Any ideas or fixes for why its listed under Unknown and also not listed as X800XT?

hrm, my flashed pro is fine - 2 items under Display adapters :- RADEON X800 XT Platinum Edition, and secondary

I have an X800 Pro and was wondering how to flash the bios like you did.
I was under the impression that there were not 4 extra pipelines to open.
I have never done a bios flash but would be very intrested in how to do it
and where to get the bios upgrade. I have the agp version if that makes
a difference.

i would re-install the drivers; im betting that would fix it. it would have to re-detect your card.

I have uninstalled and installed the latest Catalyst Drivers (5.2), did not fix it.
Other suggestions?
