X800 Pro to X800 XT

Hey, I have the oppurtunity to sell my x800 pro for around 340 to a buddy of mine. Should i do this and get the x800 xt for around 430. What would i see an increase in and is sapphire a good brand?

That's a GREAT deal IMO. The X800XT is significantly faster than the X800Pro and you are only paying an extra $90.

thats what i was thinking, im seriously considering it. Just questionable about the sapphire brand, are they trustworthy?

Sapphire is generally just as good as ATI in terms of quality. For a while, they were even manufacturing some of the "Built By ATI"-brand cards.
