I just installed a new hard drive and new fans so I obviously took apart my computer and put it all back. I turn it on expecting everything to be ok but the monitor says that the power connector on the video card isn't connected. I tried using either of the two power leads from the power supply with no fans turned on, the leds disconnected and all the extra things disconnected (CPU fan obviously on :p) all to no avail. The motherboard chipset is warm, so it's working, the heatsink is warm so the cpu is fine, the ram is warm so it's working, the cd drive is working so the power supply must be fine, the video cards fan is working and the ram on the card is warm so it must be fine. I don't know what else to try that might be the problem. Not sure if the problem is, mobo agp slot, card itself, card power connector, or power supply. Any help greatly appreciated.
