X800 PCI-E BIOS prob??

I have a retail Sapphire X800 Pro PCI-E w/ VIVO here and i've installed drivers from sapphire as well as ATI and when i go to my display props. i get an X800GT/SE...BUT...w/ ATI Tool, it reads out the cpu/ram clocks at 500Mhz, which is right. Also has 16 Pipes, and the GT/SE versions are only 8 Pipes. Any idea what kinda prob this is?? Could it be in the bios or what? I emailed sapphire today, won't get a response too soon since its Sunday but, just curious as to what the prob is here. Got it from Newegg brand new so. Thanks for any help ppls.
