That's an X800XL (R430) with a quad disabled. Sounds a lot like those eminently-moddable X800 Pro VIVOs, doesn't it? I wonder if a simple BIOS flash and memory upclock will net you a X800XL?

Here's a review of the Sapphire version.

ATI announced the X800 as a $200 128MB card. Funny how initial availability is reduced to just $300+ 256MB versions. No, wait, funny isn't the word I'm looking for.
