X79 Memory Speed / Timing

having minor trouble getting 16gb (4gb x4) to be stable at 2400 cl10 1.65v (which are xmp spec) with passive heat spreader cooling.
4930k w/ p9x79-e ws.





X79 owners who are running 4 memory modules.

for comparison - can you list your cpu, motherboard and ram.
and what is your stable 24/7 ram speed and timing (and also if you are using any active cooling)?
