X700pro - xt at startup?

So I have an x700pro that easily gets to xt speeds, which I have checked with atiTool, but I would like a way to get it automatically to xt speeds at startup. Becuase the x700xt is pretty rare, I havent found any bios's for it online, and am a little bit weary of bios flashing anyways, as I am informed that it can permenantly screw up the card. atiTool doesnt seem to have the option that I am talking about, I havent tried rivatuner yet, does anyone know any utilities that can do this for me?

Use a program called ati tray tools. It has all the tweaking options you ever wanted, and I use it to oc my card at startup automatically.
 
With ATI Tool you can tell it to load a certain profile upon windows startup, forget the exact menu, I'm at work right now.
