X700 Pro AGP vs. 6800 vanilla AGP

Wondering on the performance comparison between the two cards. X700 Pro would be using 256Mb of GDDR3, while the 6800 would be using 128mb of DDR. I know the 6800 has many more pipelines, but I was wondering if the memory difference would affect performance much.
