If these mobile versions are anything like the PCI-e desktop counterparts, both with 128MB DDR, then I think its too close to call. I believe you cant go wrong either way when it comes to performance.
 
Ya I ment it to be like 128mb vs 128mb, Im just wondering if theres a major difference in performance somewhere. Even a link comparing them would be a great deal of help, seeing how I cant find a mobile performance comparo.
 
the x700 is better than the 6600, look at anandtech review

but the mobile variants are different than the desktops
