X700 fan dying...replacement?

Im not really a gamer so overclocking is out of the question, i just need a good oem replacement. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

i was looking to get something a little smaller like the stock hsf, thats a little too much. Thanks tho

The only thing I could think of is to ask in the FS/FT section for one, or possibly a zalman vf700
