x64 truble

I have a Dfi lanparty nf4 and when i turn my computer on it boots up fine but when it is on and i restart and wont boot up i have to let my pc set for like 20 mins in it will turn on it works fine on win32 but on x64 it does it. if anyone know anything about that let me know
