x64 not booting up

i have dfi lanparty nf4 250gb motherboard and sometime when i turn my pc on it wont boot up but i never had any truble with 32 bit xp does anyone know what the prob is.

are you overclocking? also what gfx card do you have?

are you using the standard ide drivers or the optional ide drivers that nvida let's you install when you install the nforce drivers? from what i heard, when you install the nvidia drivers. sometimes they can cause problems.

i have a leadteck 6600gt video card and i installed all of the nivida drivers that are on the cd

no bootloader?
Safe mode?
SATA drive?

Setup in general?

That might be your problem. Are the drivers on the CD 64-bit? My guess would be no.
