Trying to create a dual boot system with xp and x64. Used partition magic to create two partitions out of one (raid 0/two 80g). I had no issues installing xp pro with the newest drivers=f6....blah......blah, but cant get x64 to boot after installing it on the second partition. Installs fine and use F6 and newest drivers as well. Gets to the x64 screen with the scrolling bar and immediatley blue screens so quick I cant see the code#. Tried setting my fsb/overclock to default and still same thing. Tried multiple things and no luck. system:

ASUS A8N SLI DELUXE
1 GIG CORSAIR XMS C2PT, 2-3-3-6T1
TWO WESTERN D 80G RAID 0 on sata channels 3,4 of the nvidia controller
xfx 7800gt
winchester 3000+@2.41ghz (yes, tried stock speed as well)
The only thing I havnt tried is changing the mem timings to 2.5-3-3-6(default amd)

Any help would be great.

Anything in the \WINDOWS\Minidump\ directory? If so you could upload the latest file in there and I or somebody here could analyze it with the WinDbg tool to get the BSOD code.

Well too bad I already deleted the second partition and edited the bootinf. Gonna try it again in about a week or so. Installing a third drive just for x64

One more question. If I install x64 on a seperate partition and just boot into xp, how could I change the drivers in the x64 install? I am pretty sure this is a raid driver issue. After installing it on an IDE drive there is amost always a yellow question mark in device manager and I have to edit one of the driver files and then direct windows to the modified file and it installs the hardware ("unknown device"). It has been a while since I have tried installing x64 so I dont remember what the device is. If I could modify this file and put it in the right place in the x64 partition within xp, I think it would boot normally.

I don't really think you can unless you have a way of modifying the registry hives. It's possible you could do it in the XP64 recovery console but I'm not sure.
