Question X570S motherboards

Earlier this year there was a lot of news about a large number of X570S motherboards coming out. To date, I've only seen 4 available in the US on Newegg/Amazon, which are two Gigabyte, one MSI and one Asus. Anyone know why so few got released? I went to Gigabyte's website and it shows a bunch of other X570S motherboards on there that don't seem to exist (unless they are only available in other countries).
 
Probably shortages or they're just taking long time to get to the states. They'll probably show up eventually on newegg/amazon.
 
I know that the MC about an hour's drive away from me has the MSI Tomahawk X570S boards in stock. I'm considering replacing my Asus B550-F ROG with that one.
