I have an x570 Tiachi Razer Extreme motherboard. I have a 1TB nVME and a 256 nVME. When I undid the cover to install M2_1, the standoff popped off the motherboard. I am not sure what to do now? I was going to install my 1TB in slot one as the boot drive and 256 in slot 2 for Lightroom Cache, temp files, and Photoshop Swap file.
The standoff that holds the end of the bracket is the same one that retains the M.2 nVME to the motherboard.
What to do....

What to do....
- Try to superglue the standoff back in.
- Screw the standoff onto the cover bracket and then use scotch double stick tape to hold it down. The cover plate is about an inch longer than the M.2, so there is ample room for double sided tape.
- Glob some hot glue under it.
- Tape it down to the other nearby cover plates.
- Don't use the first slot at all. Seems like I read somewhere that is you used slot 3, it disabled some of the SATA ports. I need all 8 SATA ports.
