It's a Thuban so unlockable to x6. Also, the "Zosma" was originally only released to OEMs so not much was released for sale to consumers.
 
It was available for over a year as OEM only, the retail ones that had come out were probably a stock pile AMD had built up. Seems a number of 45nm processors which aren't listed as EOL are becoming rare.
 
It's quite decent for it's price if you can unlock it. Lot's of people grabbed one for that reason and they where very few in the channel.
