Which motherboard with X399 and 4 PCIe16 slots have the largest spacing between the slots. Need to put 4 RTX2080ti cards in it which is 50 mm wide and have some room for ventilation
 
Most X399 that have 4 PCIe 16x slots will have them evenly spaced. All ATX motherboards comply with 7 slots to work with so you are limited by the form factor.
