I picked up a dell 8400 from the outlet for 360 bucks.

stock 325/400 16,186 / 7,324
oc 1 400/440 19,600 / 8,285
oc 2 450/440 20,592 / 8,386
Memory craps out around 460, but core goes near 500 before it locks up. I am still working on finding the maximum stable overclock.
This is an impressive overclock for such a low end card. (passive cooling too.)

I am a big Nvidia fan (I have a 6800 in my other box) but ATI has impressed me with their 64bit cheapie card. I might just throw in a X800 XL
