x280 gtx questions

ok on new egg my cards info is

gpur core 602
gpu memory 2210

on my pc it shows up as

gpu core 602
gpu memory 1107

now i know theres 2 gpus in the 280 so is ntunes just showing the one core. and when i overclock the one does the other one get affected.

2 x 1107 = about 2210 (2214)

or is my graphics card malfunctrioning.

also hit 15k with 3d mark vantage for the gpu the cpu was at 12k

and last but not least ntunes does not save my video card oc or the settings for the fan. how do i make ntunes save the info for everytime i restart the card

i ahve it overclocked to 691 gpu core and the memory at 1269. is that a good overclock?
