X2 Temps: strange readings

I have some questions if you guys could help out.
I am running Everest Ultimate Edition right now and getting some strange readings.


1)
My CPU #1 and #2 seem stable @ 35 to 40.
But my CPU temp (the top cpu reading) fluctuates greatly reading 2c then instantly changing to 28c and then up to 48c and things like that. I find it weird for the temps to change so fast like that. Should I be worried about this? I havent OCed it so I find this real strange, do I need to go buy an aftermarket cooler?
Maybe the HSF isn't seated right?

2)
In speedfan I am geting a remote temp of 57c and it shows the fire icon. How do I fix this?

My HD seems to hover around 45-52 is this too high?

Software is known more for being wrong, than for being right. Check both your temps, and your voltages from within the BIOS. If it fluctuates the same way, then there's a problem with the sensor on your motherboard.
