X2 temperature monitoring

This may have been answered but I couldn't find it by searching. What temperature monitoring program are you using for X2 processors that will show both cores at the same time? I use Speedfan and the core temp shows 39 C at idle and jumps to over 50 under load. Temp3 shows 39 C at idle and also jumps up rapidly when loaded. I'm wondering if temp 3 is the other core.
Thanks

I just read here on AT that Brisbanes temp monitoring sensor or whatever is broken confirmed by AMD... so u cant read the temp on them... the rest of X2s might be fine thoe

That only applies to Brisbane cores. For all of the other cores, we use either the new SpeedFan, or we use CoreTemp.

Mine is a Toledo 3800. I found Core Temp and it works well. I notice about an 8 degree difference in core temps at idle but it seems to equal out under load at about 57 to 60 degrees at 2.6GHz. Overall I'm quite satisfied with this at only $80.
