X2 Overclock question about multipliers

Question for the A64 overclocking experts. If I am able to hit HTT of 240-250 stable and a 10x multiplier on my 3200 single core, can I hit HTT 240-250 and a 12x multiplier if I upgrade to a X2 4600? Of course RAM divider with similar speed to now. Or are their other factors to consider?

Thanks!

2.8 - 3.0 GHz on a 4600? Possibly on the lower end. I understand that the X2's all pretty much have the same absolute headroom. 2.8 GHz is the highest X2 I've seen...

Just installed a X2 4600. Went into the BIOS and selected a 10% overclock (2640 Mhz). Booted wup without any other changes. I bet the 4600 will do 2700 mhz.
