bait and switch baby! that means we can get the next best thing for the same price right!? 5000+ here i come!!!

I love how Buy.com has absolutely no quality control on their website for anything. I used to think they had some money laundering thing going on where they would take money and sit on it until people complained and never ship anything, but now I realize they're just completely incompetent.

I dont know if I just walked into the twilight zone or not, but isnt $50,000 a little much to spend on a consumer level processor? The core 2 duo's flagship chip is selling for around $1,000. I hope this is a joke thread, because if not, WHAT IS GOING ON!!!

you intel fanboi types make me sick... u r just jealous that amd can make a chip that will sell for $50k and intel can't... go away and use your cheap chips somewhere else...

I don't trust Buy.com to honor their posted prices. Between the Celeron 300A and "Wounded Monitor Children" disasters, they've proven themselves all to willing to offer unbelievably low prices with little intention of honoring them. If this falls through, will we want to band together for a class action suit?

Temporarily Sold Out.

Alert me when this item is in stock.

Bummer...

I'll be sure to order it immediately. Someone should post copies of these pages for archival purposes so that one day people can see the truly great bargains that were available on the internet!
