X2 4400 and Antec Smartpower 450 2.0

I am looking at the Sonata II case to house my new X2 4400 and am curious if the Sonata's included power supply will be ok for this proc. For now I have a simple build:
X2 4400
1 6800GT
Asus SLI premium
1 Seagate 120GB HD
Audigy 2

I may add more in the future, but for now, will the included pwoer supply (in title) be sufficient? I believe it has dual 12v rails at 15a and 17a.

I would also like to use the Cool 'N Quiet feature as well, wasn't sure if there was extra demand on the PSU for rapdily changing the voltage.

I will not be overclocking.

Thanks for your Input.

CnQ makes it laggy and unresponsive. Avoid it if possible.
