X2 4200 Rev-E? meaning

Just curious. what is the difference between the Athlon X2 4200 Rev-E4 Vs the Rev-E6? Recieved my combo board today from Monarch. I inquired with them and was told my cpu was the Rev-E4.

I am not sure about this but it was my understanding that manchester cores were revision e4, while toledos were e6. There are e6 4200s as well, which, I believe, are remarked toledos.

The E6 rev just meets with the EU regulations or something for amount of lead in the cpu. This is only for single core cpus and E4/E6 in dual core just means toledo from manchester.
