Both cores are running at 1.44 to 1.45v. Nothing is overclocked, this is just the default voltage. This isn't normal is it? How can I fix it?

You can lower the voltage in bios by setting it to negative voltage then F10 to save and check again. I read that this board has issues with voltage at default.

the 9npa+ Ultra has a tendency to set the voltage too high, especially if you leave the CPU voltage set to "Auto". Try either negative voltages as Ziming suggested, or setting it to "Off". (I believe "Off" and negative voltages are only available in newer BIOS versions).

Thanks. I set the negative voltage in BIOS and now it fluctuates from 1.35 to 1.37. Is that ok?
