I believe it is stable, I looked it up in the world records database of xtremesystems.com forums.

It was rumored the toledo OC's better than the manchester because it is basically a faster chip with 1/2 the cache disabled.

My 4400+ is a JH-E6 chip too

I'm not versed in what it all means, but upon double checking, all the info on that chip,
under "Family," "Stepping," etc is identical to my X2. The numbers all match

I think that given the exotic cooling that they must have used to get it to run at those speeds, the core involved is kind of moot, as the results have no relevence except in the most esoteric of situations (and exotic cooling solutions have a tendency to create statistical outliers anyways). I would much rather see a comparison that checked overclocking potential using just the stock HSF for cooling and chips with each different core...the clock speeds would be nowhere near as impressive, but there would be at least some relevency to average users in that case.

I agree with Some1ne...there is too much focus on the exotic rather than the mainstream. I'm one of those average computer users that has a full time+ job and don't have time to mess with exotic setups to squeeze out a little more computing power.

Still doesn't beat the Tom's Hardware 5.25Ghz P4 overclock on liquid nitrogen...

I can't believe you used the words xtremesystems and stable in the same sentence. :)

Extreme forums definition of stable

1. Will boot to window in less than 15 trys.
2. Will run SuperPI 1m before exploding in a ball of flames:)
