X2 3800+ stepping

I currently have an X2 3800+ stepping of CDBHE 0532XPMW...anyone know if that is a good one?...is the CDBHE memory controller a good one?

I saw an X2 4400+ available somewhere recently that had a mem controller of CCBWE...is that good?

I'm thinking about upgrading my X2 3800+ to a X2 4400+ and just want to make sure I get a stepping that is better then the one I currently have

That doesnt seem like much of an upgrade. You could probably get those speeds from your 3800 with a modest overclock. But to answer your question, I have no idea! I could only find a few posts on my stepping, but it OCs well, so I dont care.
