Does anyone else think this card will go lower than this?

I got this price rom eWiz this morning $245.

I would hate to purchase now if the price will fall lower to $199 before the month is over.

$245 + Thermalright HR-03= Passive Performance Pleasure.

I'd probably get this X1950XT 256 for $180

If you are going to spend $250 for a card + $40 aftermarket cooling, might as well get 8800GTS 640mb which is a relatively quiet card. With ATI set to release new cards, there could be a card for $300 that offers really good price/performance ratio on the ATI side or 8800GTS 640 will drop $50 in price depending on what ATI brings to the table. There is always a risk that ATI doesn't have antyhing good. Also I am not sure X1950XT gpu can run passively in any event.

Not to surprising really. The 8800gts 320mb has got to be putting some pressure on the price of these I'd think.

I just sold my x1900xt 512mb for $200. At first I thought that was wicked low, but when I looked around that seemed to be a pretty fair price for it all things considered.
