X1950Pro vs 7950GT

God, i'm having such a tough time deciding...
I've changed my mind on video cards so many times it's ridiculous.
Okay, first-off - DO NOT recommend X1900XT/7900GTX blah blah blah. I need single slot cooling here. I've had that happen before.
Now, preformance wise, the 7950 beats the X1950 by a somewhat long shot in most games. The Radeon, though, has far superior image quality. I'm going to be running at mostly 1280x960 or 1600x1200 (i've got a CRT, so I can do whatever I want) 🙂 I play FEAR, Oblivion, Counter Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, HL2, and the like. I'm mostly worried about FEAR and Obl performance, because most reviews show different statistics for the same card. :s Any ideas?
 
The 7950GT is faster than the X1950 PRO, it was meant to complete against the X1950XT, the difference is not that great though. In most cases the 7950GT can be ahead as much as between 5 and 15fps in normal circunstances
 
today the powercolor 1950pro is $200 bucks. Thats $50 bucks cheaper than a 7950.

See really you should be between the 7900gt which is $199 AR at chiefvalue or the x1950pro at $199.
