I've been getting some flickering on my screen, like little black lines near the left side, and I figured my card might be overheating. It is currently sitting at 50 degrees, pretty much idle. Is this normal? What can I do to fix this flickering? My rig info is in my sig.

As stated in your thread in GH, my X1950 Pro idles at 53 degrees, no artifacts and is rock solid stable. Case has 120MM fans blowing air across it and out the back. I dont think your flickering is due to temperature.

If temperature isn't a problem, what else could be causing this?
