X1900xtx performance in vista

I'm thinking about upgrading my xp sp2 os to vista ultimate. How would my X1900xtx 512mb PCI-E perform in Vista. Would it be comparable to Xp in games such as Vegas, CNC 3, etc.

Will performance get better with Vista ultimately.
 
it should perform within 5% of XP SP2, the ATI cats perform very close to the XP versions and are very stable.
 
Very well.

ATi's drivers for Vista seems quite good, so you shouldn't notice any difference at all actually (aside from benching, where you might lose a frama or two per second...)
