I thought the problem might go away, but it didn't. Have had the x1900xtx for about 2 weeks now, and since i got it like the keys would stick sometimes i don't know why?

nono guys, I'm actually quite sure it is because the ATI setting for D3D frames rendering ahead is defaulted higher than nvidias/ almost sure that this is the problem.
Like You press a key down, it just keeps going in that direction and won't let go, until a few seconds later. I encountered this similar problem when i changed the D3D setting for "max frames to render ahead" to 1000 for kix. So does anyone know where to change this setting or an alternative way to fix this problem. THX

I doubt it has anything to do with rendering frames ahead.
I assume you have tried running your rig at stock speeds?
