Just wondering, are there ANY single slot solutions for this card out there? I really want it. 🙁

No, but you can get the x1950pro. =]
You could possibly mod the x1900xt as a single slot card, but that will take some effort+cash.

I wouldn't bother. When you add the cost of the aftermarket cooler coupled with the increasing difficulty in finding the X1900XT, it starts to make more sense to just go with a different model. I would either go with the 1950 Pro or look at the 7950 GT depending on the price range you want to stay in.
