X1900 xtx overclocking problems with ati tool

I'm using ati tool to oc the x1900 xtx to 732/792 1.520v but any higher on the core ie 745 or 750 and playing games would black out the moniter, and i have to alt tap back into windows to close down games and ati tool would read the card at 500/600, does any know why this is happening? my card at 745core isn't artifacting or nothing and I have the fan at 91% + another fan blowing at it so it doesn't overheat at all
 
well u are psuhing ur card too high.732 on core is a good overclock.When the temps go to high clock throttling occurs.Thats why it comes back to 500.I would suggest u change the cooler or bring down the frequencies.
