Upgraded from a 6800GT to an ATI x1900 AIW.
Reformatted fresh to WIN XP, installed all the proper drivers in the correct order. Using cat 6.5 and Warcraft III: TFT lagged horribly.
Uninstalled CCC, and didn't lag as bad, but there is horrible flickering on my second monitor as I play. It seems to affect my gameplay also, as my fps's dip low and my mouse starts to experience a bit of lag too.
Unisntalled Cat 6.5 and installd Cat 6.4. Still the same flickering.
Refresh rates are synced for the game and desktop.
Anyone know if this is just an ATI issue with dual monitors?
