x1800xt voltage: whats safe on air, stock cooling

just got an ati x1800xt 512, and im running it at 1.4 gpu and 2.015 ram, can get 680/823. i wanna push higher for core, whats the safe limit i can do this at?

getting 10332 on 3dmark05, is that about what i should be expecting?

I guess it all depends on the temp while OC'd. Also, every card is different, which is probably why you havn't gotten any responses.

There's a certain BIOS from a Sapphire 1800XT512 which runs the card at 700/800. I would recommend flashing this BIOS, as I use it just fine on my MSI card, and I haven't heard of anyone having problems with it.

I think that BIOS runs the core at 1.425 volts; I'm sure that you'll be safe running that voltage anyway.

i can get 823 mem and 695 core stable with ati tool, and it runs 3dmark ok, but i cant get warfighter to run at anything over 670. think that upgrading to newer cats would help?

to be more accurate , the sapphire BIOS runs it at 1.48v for what i seen in rivatuner's graph.
