How hard is it to change coolers on a X1800XT? This sucker is loud while gaming. Whats a good budget cooler to change it to? Also what are the best driver versions for it(latest)?
 
Artic Cooling Accelero X2 (But don't use the included thermal pads for the RAM because they are almost impossible to remove, re-use the pads from the factory HS/fan instead.)

Very quiet cooler even with the fan locked at 100% (Use ATI Tool for fan control)

For drivers I'd go either with the Newest Omega's or the standard ATI Catalyst v6.12 which is the newest version.
