x1800GTO OC Program?

I recently bought the x1800GTO and am trying to overclock it.

My first choice was ATITool, since that always seemed to give me the best results with my other cards, but when it loads up, it show my clocks as 0. Same thing with ATI Tray Tools and RadClocker. Overdrive works, but it is very limited and I have already maxed it out.

Is there anything else I can try, or am I stuck until someone updates one of these programs to support the x1800GTO?

maybe try to unlock it. Then it might read as X1800xt?

I heard the unlock was a hoax. I wanted to do it, but decided against it until I heard more positive reports about it.

well I saw a few people with screenies of showing that it was unlocked heh so I'm guessing it unlocks. You could try though.

the first batch unlocked fine... and then i think ati caught on.. u can alwways try, if it doesnt work then relock it

Besides the unlock, there is still the matter of overclocking. Any suggestions?

have you tried using ATitool's clock unlock option? maybe that will help.

The unlock clocks for the 9000/9200/9550/9600? Yes, but it was in desperation. And it didn't work.
