If you scroll down to the chart of the different cards, under core type, it states that the X1650 XT uses either an RV560 or RV570 core. I found this interesting as the RV570 is the core used in the X1950 Pro. Also note that the clock speeds are the same on the two cards, and the only differences I can think of are the memory interfaces and number of pipelines (and all that that entails). So, assuming you were to get an X1650 XT with an RV570 core, would it be possible to unlock anything? I haven't heard much about these cards and haven't found a lot of info about them in terms of unlocking/mods.
