I wanna rid a 9800pro and take this one into my system(s), agp wise.

I'm not upgrading to any other card that costs more than 130 bucks.

Any thoughts?

You could upgrade to something like a 6600GT for under $130 (or an X800 for a little more), but it's not a huge upgrade from a 9800Pro. I'd recommend saving your money and buying a better card later (like a 6800GS/GT, or an X800XL/XT or X850Pro/XT). And/or switching to PCIe so you have more of an upgrade path.

Of course, I'm not sure why you'd be sweating $130 if you owned even a few of the items listed in your sig.

lol, didnt notice his rig. Uh oh, Is fire400 putting up what he wishes was his rig instead of his real one?
