I've been looking at this Powercolor X1600 Pro lately, because I want to upgrade my video card from my X300 to something with dual DVI so I can possibly add in another 2005FPW (or a 2007FPW) if a hot deal comes my way. I'm not looking at the gaming performance of the card so much as I'm interested in features like Avivo and dual DVI (otherwise, I'd go for the X800GTO).

My question is, does this card feature dual-link DVI? The manufacturer doesn't say on their website, but ATI mentions dual-link as being a feature on that series of cards but doesn't say if it extends across the whole lineup. It's not a make or break feature, but it'd be nice to have in the future if the 3007FPW prices ever drop a lot.

it does feature it!!!!! this is about the 4th thread that has been and gone on this subject. I think you will be very happy with the AVIVO and other features like Dual link DVI (not two dvi sockets as many seem to think this implies)

Thanks for the confirmation. Sorry to ask the question for the 5th time, but searching for "x1600" and "dual link" didn't pull up anything. The forum search really kinda sucks sometimes.
