I am building a PVR/Sims2 PC for my SO, I am looking at the x1600 pro 256 mb (specificaly this card) Is that the best choice right now for what I am wanting to do?

Rest of the machine specs
Athlon 64 3200+ (newcastle i think, bought it from FS/FT)
MSI K8NGM-V (geforce 6100)
1gb memory
250gb seagate 7200.9 sata hdd
happauge pvr-xxx card (havent made the final choice on that yet)
