X10 Cameras

I'm just curious. Has anybody purchased one of those X10 cameras? They're always running some sort of sale, and I'm wondering if it is worth the price for a little gadget. Anybody?

My friends got them. Its about a year old I would say by now, but the video is crystal clear. Its more than enough to use as a webcam (we have some software) that we can control the cameras in differnet rooms and feed them on teh web.

i actually haven't seen the pics. it was someone on these forums bit*hing about the picture and how they just returned theirs.

maybe they have bad QC.

i've got one of their cameras... its not a bad little camera... plus the 2.4ghz transmitter makes it so you dont have to run wires all over... and if you go and sign up for their mailing list, they email you special offers all the time... around holiday's they "give" you a gift voucher for like 20 bux off a 50 dollar purchase, IN ADDITION to their deals.... i used their light switches to automate my house a few months back. its totally pimpin...
