Recently reloaded the game to my K6-III 450, FIC 503+, Voodoo 3 3000, Aureal Vortex 2 system using DirectX 7.0A.
The game is crashing periodically to the desktop. I am about to try the latest Voodoo 3 drivers, Ver.1.06. I have not updated the Aureal drivers (still using the original CD-ROM based driver. Anyone know where I can find the latest drivers for the Vortex 3 3800 (I believe that's the model, anyway it's the better of the two cards that were put out).
Also, strangely the DirectX diagnostic (under the Windows System System Information) says that everything is fine, but when I run the diagnostic under the game, it says that there are several files missing. Weird?!
