I just wanted to ask you audio gurus what is the buzz about the new HDA X-plosion audio card, and what is the difference with the X-mystique currently in the market...

I kind of already answered it

DTS encoding is the new feature on it vs Dolby Digital encoding for the X-Mystique.

I haven't looked into other differences beyond this.

I bought one last week... its now sitting on the desk behind me (for the past 3 days actually). I'll have time to install it this weekend, and will try and post something about it then. Check for new threads by searching under "x-plosion".
