I'm watchin all the X-files episodes in order. And I'm up to Season 4 DVD 2. I've just finished Terma and it looked like they did this 2nd part in a hurry. How did Mulder escaped from Russia without getting his arm cut off? And How did Krychek escaped from the underground bunker a few episodes ago?

And Mulder was infected by the oil which is suppose to be deadly? What happend?

i've seen all the episodes and im still lost.. the series finale didnt help either

Didn't Krycek eventually grow back his missing arm like a salamander? Or am I confusing this with another episode?

While the standalone eps contain some gems, the overall X-Files' conspiracy subplot sux0rs. I tuned out after season 4, but something is still nagging me to finish the whole sorry mess.
 
I think the writers and producers switched both the type and the quantity of the drugs they were using several times during the years that the X-files was produced. This caused for many gaping plot holes from episode to episode and general confusion in continuity.
